Do I have to pay the deposit by December 1?  No one is required to pay the deposit, but the deposit is what holds your room.  Each room category has limited availability, and guests who wait may have to settle for whatever is left.  A $100 per person deposit locks in the room you want, so we encourage you to book by Dec 1, 2026.  Questions?  Call Romantics Travel at (817) 386-0701, and they’ll walk you through it.

Where will the wedding events take place?  All wedding events will be held at the resort.  Specific locations and times will be shared on our Travel App as we get closer.



What should I pack for the wedding weekend?  In addition to wedding attire, we recommend packing comfortable resort wear, swimwear, sun protection, and light layers for evenings.



When should I arrive and depart?  We suggest arriving at least one day before the wedding to allow time to relax and settle in.  Departure details are completely flexible based on your travel plans.


Are kids invited?  We love your little ones, but our wedding is adults-only, and so is the resort.  We appreciate your understanding!

Can I bring a plus one?  Your invitation will show who is included.  If you were given a plus-one, it’s meant for a partner or significant other.  Please add their full name when you book.

What is the dress code?  Riviera Maya in November is warm, sunny, and absolutely beautiful. It’s dry season, so we’re not expecting rain.  Here are a few tips as you pack:

Attire: Semi-Formal Beach Cocktail. Dressy and breezy, with plenty of color.  Colors and patterns are encouraged, and we kindly ask guests to avoid black and white.

Dresses: Long or midi flowy dresses in light, breathable fabrics like chiffon or silk.  Dressy sandals or low heels are ideal for walking on sand, and a light wrap is nice for cooler evenings.

Suits: A lightweight suit, or dress pants with a blazer or linen shirt.  Jacket and tie are optional.  Closed-toe loafers or dress shoes work best.
